Our Story
Nurse in Germany is a brand of Sinai Capital UG — a Berlin-based company founded in 2016 and dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with global opportunities.
Over nearly a decade of work in international recruitment and talent mobility, our founders Mohamed Hawass and Wael El-Said observed the same pattern repeatedly: German hospitals needed qualified nurses, qualified nurses around the world wanted to come to Germany, and the process connecting them was too slow, too opaque, and too often handled by agencies that treated people as numbers.
We founded Nurse in Germany to change that.
Mohamed brings 10+ years of recruitment experience and an MBA from Leipzig University — he knows how to identify talent, build pipelines, and manage international placements. Wael brings 10+ years as an official attested translator in Germany and a Master's from Leipzig — a legal and linguistic expertise that sits at the heart of everything we do.
Together, they form a founding partnership built for exactly this challenge.
