Is This the Right Solution for You?

We believe in honest conversations. Here's when we're a great fit — and when we might not be.

✓ Works Well If You...

  • Have an ongoing staffing shortfall
  • Are committed to a 12–16 month timeline
  • Can support housing coordination
  • Have HR capacity for onboarding
  • Are thinking long-term, not just filling one gap

✗ May Not Be the Right Moment If...

  • You need nurses within 3 months
  • You're testing casually without leadership commitment
  • Your team isn't ready for cultural integration
  • You only need one nurse (very limited pipeline)

Your Questions Answered

12–16 months from consultation to first working day. EU-country candidates (Bulgaria, Serbia) can be placed faster due to no visa requirement. We will give you a specific timeline estimate for your situation on the first call.
Milestone-based installments — not upfront. Full details are provided on the first consultation call. Our fee structure aligns our incentives with yours: we get paid as the process advances, not before.
No — you only see shortlisted, pre-assessed profiles. Every candidate has been through document verification, video interview, language assessment, and culture-fit evaluation before you see them. This saves your time significantly.
Our threshold is B2 certification before any candidate is advanced. Candidates who don't pass the B2 exam are not moved to visa stage. This is a hard requirement, not a guideline.
Berufserlaubnis (temporary work permit) → Anerkennungspraktikum (supervised clinical practice) → full Berufsanerkennung (permanent recognition). We manage everything including all document translation in-house via Wael El-Said.
Yes. Most clients start with a pilot batch of 2–3 to learn the process, then expand. We recommend starting before you're in crisis mode — 12–16 months lead time is needed.
For recruitment-attributable departures, we provide a replacement search at no additional sourcing fee. We're invested in the long-term success of every placement.
Yes. Wael El-Said, our Co-Founder & COO, is an official attested translator (beeidigter Übersetzer) in Germany with 10+ years of professional translation experience. This is built into our service at no extra cost — not outsourced.
